For our guests who have visited Rome before , we suggest a Shore Excursion from Civitavecchia , with a flavor of wine and scenic beauty. A trip to the Castelli Romani, located at short distance south-east of Rome, at the feet of the Alban Hills. Visit the medieval town of Frascati, famous for its white wine. Stop at Castel Gandolfo, home to the summer Papal Palace. This is a picturesque town on the volcanic lake, Albano. Drive to Nemi, the tiny medieval town famed for the strawberry festival.
